Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept COD orders. For the protection of our customers, all information on the order sheet, including the name, phone number and billing address of the cardholder, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholders’ permission.
Our website is tied into a secure payment processing gateway. We do NOT keep any credit card information on our server. As a result, we never see the credit card numbers when you make a purchase online – all our transactions are processed in real time within a few seconds. As a result, we charge your credit card when the order is placed. Orders will ship the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the “Confirm and Submit” page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
Orders are generally shipped same day as per our “Same Day Shipping” policy.
Warranty
We reserve the right to replace or refund within 30 days of the original ship date. Item(s) must be in good condition and shouldn’t be tampered with. We will test all items and may deny refund if damaged by the customer. Any return may be subject to an 18% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Items sent back packaged improperly or that are lost or damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.
Liability
Customers assume all responsibility for any loss or injury from the correct or incorrect use of our products or programming instructions.
Remote and Keys Info
We sell a combination of new and refurbished remotes. Most remotes have no moving mechanical parts and are built to last for the life of your car. Refurbished remotes have been put through a comprehensive process that ensures they work as good as new and will work for years. We reserve the right, depending on availability, to substitute similar, compatible OEM remotes made by the same company that built your car.
Our transponder keys use the same transponders that are available at your local dealer. Car keys have gone high-tech, and now contain transponder chips which communicate with your vehicle’s anti-theft system.
Batteries
All remotes sold on Key Tech Tools do not include batteries.

The following are prohibited activities, which may lead to prosecution under applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Gaining unauthorized access to this Site, other users’ accounts, names, or personally identifiable information, or other computers or Sites connected or linked to this Site;
Launching or using any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that access this Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
