Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS. If you prefer your item to be shipped by UPS, FEDEX, or DHL please contact us for shipping rates, an additional cost may be applied when using these carriers. We will send your tracking number once your order has been shipped. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING will apply in the extra cost of $25 or more depending on carrier. Any orders placed AFTER 3 PM CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. You must call for an overnight shipment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Although here at Key Tech we handle your package with care to assure the best quality, your package will be dispatched at your own risk, we can not control how the shipment carries handle your shipment or if it gets lost in their hands.
